Red Street Records recording artist and country star, Walker Montgomery, will headline the Country Concert presented by Ryan’s Roofing and Repair. The concert concludes the La-Z-Boy Family Concert Series of nine festival concerts.

Montgomery will bring his distinctive country sound to Ida, performing fan favorites including Strangers Like Us, Watching Storms Roll In,  All Night Long Left, Nothing Like You Nowhere and Saving The Honky Tonks, as well as I Love the Way You Love Me. His latest release, With No Distractions is quickly gaining momentum on the country charts.

Montgomery’s romantic power ballad She Don’t Know, featured on his 2022 RUST EP, has earned more than 40 million streams worldwide. The success of the song, along with the energetic Out of Nowhere and good-time anthem Bad Day to Be a Beer,” has helped establish Montgomery as one of country music’s chart climbing artists.

In April 2026, Montgomery released Saving the Honky Tonks, an ode to the classic honky-tonk experience from dusty dance floors and beer-tinged barstools to the traditional country sounds that inspired generations of musicians.

Known for his classically inspired, honey-bourbon vocals, Montgomery has been selected as an Artist to Watch by Country Now, Music Mayhem Magazine, Sounds Like Nashville, and The Boot. His songwriting and authentic delivery have earned him recognition throughout the country music industry.

Raised in Nicholasville, Kentucky, Montgomery comes from a celebrated country music family. He is the son of country music star John Michael Montgomery and the nephew of Eddie Montgomery of Montgomery Gentry.

Despite his musical pedigree, Montgomery has developed an identity and sound of his own. His music is marked by lyrical honesty, integrity, and a lived-in quality that connects country music’s traditions with a contemporary audience.
